🖍️ FIRE SAFETY COLORING BOOK PROGRAM
→ Distributing educational coloring books to 2nd graders across North Carolina that teach fire safety messages like “Stop, Drop, Cover & Roll,” “Don’t Play With Matches,” and “Go To The Firefighters.”
🕊️ FALLEN FIRE FIGHTERS FUND
→ Providing vital assistance to the families of Fire Fighters injured or lost in the line of duty, and supporting legislation to reduce Fire Fighter fatalities and injuries.
🏚️ BURNED-OUT RESPONSE
→ Partnering with the Red Cross to provide emergency food, clothing, and shelter to local families impacted by house fires.
🏥 JAYCEE BURN CENTER – UNC HOSPITAL
→ Supporting top-tier care for injured Fire Fighters and children, while helping families with travel and other out-of-pocket costs.
🎗️ CAMP CELEBRATE
→ A healing weekend experience for burn survivors ages 7–15, filled with outdoor activities and emotional connection with others who share their journey.
🚨 SMOKE DETECTOR PROGRAM
→ Offering free smoke detectors to families in need, helping ensure homes are protected with life-saving early warning systems.
👧 CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY CENTERS
→ Backing the development and sustainability of accredited centers that support abused and neglected children in our communities.
🧥 FIREFIGHTERS COATS FOR KIDS
→ In partnership with Operation Warm, delivering brand-new, USA-made winter coats to children in poverty — bringing warmth and hope to those who need it most.
🧑🚒 SUPPORTING INJURED FIREFIGHTERS
→ Advocating for improved benefits and care for Fire Fighters injured during their service to the community.
📢 CREATING AWARENESS
→ Educating the public and policymakers about the dangers Fire Fighters face daily, including occupational illness and injury — and the protections they need.
